I was in a pinch and Andrew hooked it up with a replacement ABS module for my 2015 Ram 1500 and got 6 months warranty. He reinforced everything I already looked up on installing and initializing the new ABS module myself. Overall great service and friendly staff. These parts aren’t cheap so having them local gives me the peace of mind on buying directly from them versus randomly buying online. Thank you !!

Andrew at ACP consistently demonstrates exceptional expertise and professionalism. I recently acquired two ABS modules from alternative providers, both of which proved to be inoperable and unprogrammable, resulting in significant financial and time losses. My wife's car has been out of commission for three months. These service providers frequently impose charges for initial services, subsequently requesting additional fees for repairs. I experienced a fraudulent transaction with a company based in Florida. Upon contacting Andrew and explaining the situation, he outlined his proposed solution and honored his commitments. While his services were a higher investment, the quality of his work justified the cost. The module was installed today without incident, and all warning indicators have been resolved. We extend our sincere gratitude to Andrew for his invaluable assistance and professional conduct.

Crazy unprofessional. I bought a reman ECM, so I should have had something in a few days. He calls me, says his website is wrong, and it's a repair service, and I have to mail my ECM in. That was May 6th. I sent it in 2 day UPS air. He calls me last week, May 27th, to let me know the ECM is done and he is going to send it out. Today is June 3rd, I ask him for a tracking number, He says he just mailed it out YESTERDAY, 6 days after finishing it. He says to me "Sometimes it takes 30 days for me to get them out".... Not to repair..... to ship back. Tell me up front that I won't see my commercial truck's ECM back for a month..... give me the choice. I didn't choose this company because they were a bargain. I PAID MORE because I was buying a reman ECM, ready to go. Instead I get something that seems like it is run by someone named Big Balls. I don't even know if it will work when I get it back. But based on what has happened so far, he won't stand behind his work. Edit 6-5-2026, I finally got my ECM back today. A month after I sent it in. He told me he sent it "2 day"..... maybe he meant he sent it "today". He took solvent and wiped all of the ID numbers off of my ECM label. Why? Becaus

Took me over a year before I found Alex. He is a man of his word. Especially being that my abs module is extremely hard to find for a limited edition 2011 Dodge Charger. He priced it fairly. The shipping was expedited if everything has turned out perfectly. Purchased the module and installed back in november, I haven't had one issue.
